Application for B Tech - SCMS School of Engineering

Registration Instructions

  • Click on the 'I Agree' button to accept the Terms.

  • Enter your personal and contact details, branch preference and login user name and password in second screen and press 'continue' button.

  • You need to select minimum 3 branches as per your priority.

  • Enter your educational details and Kerala entrance score details in second screen (You can skip this screen if you don't have the information now and can update it later by login to the system with your user name and password).

  • You can upload the scanned copies of your +2 and entrance mark lists on the second screen.

  • You can press the "Continue and Pay Now" button to finish the application process with online payment or you can press "Continue and Pay Later" option to finish the application without payment. You can make the payment later by login to the system with your user name and password.

  • If you press "Continue and Pay Now" button you will lead to the payment option page, you can choose online(Debit/Credit Cards or Net Banking) or offline(DD/Cheque) options and after successful payment you will re-direct to the "My Account" section where you can review and update your details, update documents and payment status.

  • After successful registration, you will get an email containing your user name, password and application number. Use this application number for all future correspondence with the Institute. Use this user name and password to login to the online application system to make any modification in the details.


  • LAST DATE FOR RECEIPT OF APPLICATION TO Management Quota - 5th June, 2014

Online Payment:

You can make the payment online with your debit or credit card and net banking facility

Demand Draft(DD):

Get a demand draft for Rs.750/- from any Nationalized Bank in favor of "SSET" payable at Ernakulam. Write your SSET B.Tech Application ID and name at the backside of the DD. Choose the mode of Payment as DD in "Make Payment" option and fill the DD details and click "Submit". Take a print of the payment advice form, sign and send it along with the DD to the below office address

  • The right to conduct the Selection Process is with SSET

  • SSET reserves the exclusive right to reject any application without assigning any reasons thereof.

  • A non-refundable fee of Rs. 750/- is payable by every candidate on registering for SSET B.Tech Programme

  • All disputes in this regard are subject to the legal jurisdiction of Cochin

  • All the information pertaining to SSET B.Tech Programme will be posted on the web site, and no separate communication, by email or other means, will be sent to candidates. If such other means are used, it does not constitute an obligation to continue to use such means

  • The information that you provide in the application form will be used by SSET. You may receive information through email or other form, on matters unrelated to SSET and you agree not to object to such mailers.
